Entiendo que si no completo con precisión los siguientes formularios, puede resultar en ningún pago y / o retraso en el pago. Entiendo que si no sigo la política de reloj de entrada y salida de la compañía, y registro mis horas de trabajo después de cada día laboral, mi cheque de pago podría retrasarse hasta la semana siguiente según nuestro horario de nómina. Entiendo que si estoy en el trabajo de producción, es mi responsabilidad proporcionar imágenes diarias del trabajo completado y obtener la aprobación del cliente en el sitio diariamente. Entiendo que, si no envío imágenes y obtengo la aprobación diariamente, corro el riesgo de que no me paguen por un trabajo de producción que nunca fue aprobado y verificado por el cliente en el sitio. Es mi responsabilidad si no inicié sesión y cierre sesión en la hoja de clientes en el sitio hablar con el supervisor en el sitio para corregir la hoja de inicio y cierre de sesión.

I understand that if I do not accurately complete the following forms, it may result in no payment and/or delay of payment. I understand that if I do not follow the company punch in and out timeclock policy, and record my work hours after every workday, my paycheck could be delayed to the following week based on our payroll schedule. I understand that if I am on production work, it is my responsibility to provide daily images of the work completed and obtain sign off approval from the onsite client daily. I understand that if I do not send images and obtain approval daily, I run the risk of not being paid for production work that was never approved and verified by the onsite client. It is my responsibility if I fail to sign in and sign out on the onsite client’s sheet to speak to the onsite supervisor in order to correct the sign in and sign out sheet.
